SNS can provide a custom support package tailored to your requirements through a combination of regular maintenance, IT planning, remote support and onsite support.
This agreement can be based upon either a fixed price contract or Ad Hoc support.
SNS clients simply have to give our helpdesk a call and we will get to work immediately. We will be able to see the same screen as you, so can help you fix the issue there and then whenever possible.
